Pagination for QueryTask

Hi,
We are using Oracle 11g and Querybuilder to query million of records. Is it feasible to include pagination SQL query (limit and offset ) in where clause of Querytask ?

No, but here's a sample that shows how to get all the ids and then request a batch at a time:
