Does anyone have an idea how I could group map services together in flexviewer?

i.e. if I have multiple WMS services I want grouped.

I have the same question. Were you able to figure this out?

Guys,

the reason no one has responded is the fact that there is no easy way I can even imagine to do this currently. If you understand how layers are handled (server and client) then you might grasp the near impossible nature of the question.

Does seem like it would be a nice feature, but at this point, it looks like you would need to create a single service and arrange your layers in the MXD to get the grouping you want...

OK I've got 7 tiled map services which I placed in a mxd.  They're all turned off by default.

When it appears in flexviewer they all appear even though they're unticked in flexviewer.

Any ideas?

It's strange that this is a dynamic map service passing tiled map services.... maybe that has something to do with it.

I know esri are never recommending serving map services of map services.  But the performance isn't that bad... besides the turning on and off problem.
