Robert and All,
I believe this was discussed at one point, but cannot find the thread in the forum. I have set the Identify widget (2.4 Viewer and widget) to stay active in the xml config for the widget(keepidentifyactive). When I do so, I cannot pan while the Identify widget is open. I had the widget configured the same way in the 2.3.1 Viewer, but I could pan. Is this a bug or the intended behavior?
