Identify, eSearch Widgets and Infopopups

I've searched high and low but I've clearly missed this one. How do you configure the popup that automatically appears after doing an identify or search? I have a hyperlink to a pdf tax bill but the popup displays the entire URL and not the hyperlink alias like the data grid or the icon like the results will show.

Or is there a way to use the new pop ups that were just released.

   That feature of link alias for the popup is not available yet. I will add it to the enhancement request list.

To summarize there is no way to configure that Info Popup and I'll also assume that there is no way to turn it off without programming.
