Is such a thing available? All of the ESRI basemaps I have tried so far turn off at the larger scales. The world topo layer stays on at large scales, but does not provide much if any relief view.
Is there a rest URL for a hillshade/terrain/contour basemap that is viewable at large scales? This may be a dealbreaker for a certain application I'm working on.
