Am I imagining that when I used to publish map services, they were published so they appeared in my flex application with the exact same collapsed and expanded layers as show in the mxd used to publish it?
Now, when I publish a map service all the layers are collapsed. You can't pick and choose expanded and contracted layers in flex app builder, only ALL layers are expanded (too much) or ALL layers are collapsed (too little) which is causing a bit of problem.
Am I missing something that I used to do?
