Is there a widget that can be added that allows a user to extract data (address points) that are within a certain polygon (subdivision), then allows them to export the results to csv, xls etc? The example is if a person wanted a mailing list for everyone in Sunny Farms subdivision, they could enter "Sunny Farms" into the query, and the resulting addresses could be exported as a csv or excel format.

There is no specific widget for the workflow you are outlining but the eSearch Widget allows for this.

You would need to setup the eSearch for your layer and specify the fields that will be needed in the CSV Export to be grid fields in the widgets configuration then when the search is executed the results would display in the Fixed or floating (based on your configuration decision) and then those results can be exported as a CSV or printed from the datagrid.
