Customize FlexViewer layout

I saw the video of DevSummit about customize layout of Flex Viewer!
Do you have any link or post and technical blog that i can see for change the layout?

Hi,
i would like to customize the form that contain the title and widget; add any button. I see this in the video of dev summit.

Much of the look of the Sample Flex Viewer (icons, colors, title, widgets used, etc) can be customized in the config.xml file.  There should be a README file included in the download zip that outlines most of this.

Yes I know, but i would like to create the same layout that i saw in the video.

Oh okay, I must have misunderstood you.  I'm not sure about that, as I haven't seen the video.  I'm sure someone else can help you out.
