Compiling Flex Viewer 2.2 with FlashDevelop

Hello,

I'm trying to compile the Flex Viewer 2.2 code with FlashDevelop. FlashDevelop reports that the project has been built successfully and when I test the movie, Flash Player loads and I can see the map in the background but I get an error message- #2035: URL Not Found. URL: file://C|/Users/user/Documents/FlexViewer/bin/widgets/InfoTemplates/SimpleInfoWinWidget.swf and also for WidgetContainer/WidgetContainerWidget.swf

I can see looking in the respective folders that the swf files do not exist, only the xml and mxml files and presume that the swf files are not being compiled, but I can't work out what is wrong.
I'm new to working with Flex and FlashDevelop and would be grateful for any pointers.

When working with Flash Develop I always created each of the widgets as their own project and compiled them. After that I always put them (the swf) into the corresponding folder locations. FlashDevelop has some quirks but now that I've worked with it for a while, I don't use anything else.
