Changing widgetcontainer's Folder icon

How do I change the defaulted folder (i_folder) icon shown for the widget containers such as Geoprocessing Tasks and Locators to another .png image?
Also, is there a way to add a .png image for my Operational Layers, instead of or in addition to showing a simple + sign?

Jeff,

   For the widget group folder icon part look here, and scroll down till you see the folder icon and read that line above it:

As far as the other... Doable for a experienced programmer but just not very partical (would require ALOT of code change).
