capture TemplatePickerEvent.SELECTED_TEMPLATE_CHANGE event

What must I do to capture this event in edit.mxml.  I thought all I had to do is add a listener but that does not work.  Is the skin preventing this event from bubbling?  I can't tell.

What I want to do is know when someone selects a new template from the template picker.  How can I accomplish that?

Nevermind, I had to clear my browser cache for the event to be captured.
