Cannot display webpage when I try to test ArcGIS Viewer for Flex

I completed all the installation steps in the "Getting Started" page for ArcGIS Viewer for Flex, up until #4 under part 1.

When I attempt to open my browser to test the application I get "Cannot Display Webpage" error. 

Please help.

P.S.  I use my computer name in place of the machine name.

if you are using the default location for the flexviewer folder (c:\inetpub\wwwroot) then that listed url will work barring any permissions issues, but if you have a website installed in a different location then your url will be different than that default.   Might need more details to help. install location, iis setup etc
