Hello - I am working with ArcGIS Viewer for Flex Application Builder 3.5. It seems that operational layers which I am linking to from other servers, not our own ArcGISServer, are no longer loading on my web map. I want to click to edit the operational layer in the Application Builder to see if something is amiss in the settings, but when I click on the edit button the screen doesn't open. If I click on edit for any of the map services hosted on our own server, I can edit those. Any idea on this? Additionally, if I add the service anew, it simply doesn't draw on my web map, no error, it just doesn't draw. All services hosted on our own server do draw.
