Bring map infowindow to front - how to

When I do a mouse over a point, or mouse over a row in a data grid, the map.infowindow opens below the parent or another widget.
How do I force an infowindow on top, in front, or above, existing widgets?
I've tried variations of the following post:
http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/29026-Widget-Group-amp-More-button-to-quot-front-quot
setting map.infowindow.depth = 2000, etc... but have not been successful.

And this post does not seem related:
http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/31490-How-to-bring-the-map-switcher-on-top-the-header-control-area

Any suggestions?
Thanks

Mark,

The map.infowindow is part of the map and the map is a child of the MapManager and the map manager is always under the widgetManager or else you would always get the map drawn over the widgets. So bottom line is I don't think you can do what you are asking.
