Bin-debug folder ERROR

Hy guys ,
i have done a mistake and i deleated a bin - debug folder of my FlexViewer, and oviusly now my Application don't run.
There is a way to recover or replace a bin-debug folder?
Help please

All you should need to do is run a "clean" from the project menu.
