We have several applications based several config files. I am currently using the header control to add links to the various applications (i.g. planning, safety, utilities, etc.). I have also played with Robert Scheitlin's splash page, but since it's not part of the widget container I can't seem to call it back once I close it.
Has anyone developed a widget based map/app picker/switcher? A carousel of app images would be cool too (think itunes).
Ideally it would pass the map's current x,y extent to the next app so users would remain in their area of interest.
