ADD KML FROM LOCALHOST

Hi everyone,

I want to know if theres a way to Add Kml, to run on the viewer served from my localhost.
I know it has to be a publicly accessible URL.
Are there any steps to configure my IIS,  my localhost, or the flexviewer 2.4,  to serve Kml locally?

No, you can't configure your machine or application around the need for the KML to be a publicly accessible URL.
