Hi! Has anyone successfully connected livestream equipment, such as a drone, to the livestream video layer in ArcGIS Excalibur?

I am looking to connect the livestream channel of my drone to the livestream video layer that I've created in ArcGIS Excalibur. This will allow me to watch real-time video footage captured by field operators.

When I created the livestream video layer in ArcGIS Excalibur, my settings were as shown below:

Protocol : RTMP

Stream Address: IPv4 address of my computer (got by typing "ipconfig" in cmd)

Port Number: 1935 (port provided by Mona Server.exe)

After I successfully created the layer, I used the link "rtmp://{my IPv4 address}:1935" in the drone livestream

In this way, the drone was supposed to connnect to the livestream video layer in ArcGIS Excalibur. But the error kept poped-up:

Additionally, I am facing an issue where I am unable to directly open the exploitation canvas in ArcGIS Excalibur. Instead, I have to access ArcGIS Online, search for "Content," locate the specific layer I created, and click on "Open in ArcGIS Excalibur." Although the canvas appears as shown in the provided picture, the livestream connection is still not established.

Does anyone know why the livestream connection is not successful? Is there any parameter I set wrong? By the way, I can successfully connect the drone to other software like VCL player following the same process but failed with ArcGIS Excalibur.

I successfully connected stream to Excalibur through UDP now. But the problem is the metadata of the video missed.

Thank you for reaching out with this information regarding your live stream configuration. This is all very helpful for our team as it allows us to understand your workflows and what you are trying to achieve.

It may be easier to talk through the problem with the metadata over a call if you are willing to do so. Please feel free to email me at tmerhige@esri.com if you would like to set up a time to walk through this. Again, thank you for your patience and for providing this information.
