In all of my RTA's as of last night, I have gotten Refresh Token errors. The only way to correct this is to stop the RTA and restart it manually. Is this normal and why wouldn't the system be able to refresh a token on its own?
Even using this method didn't solve the issue:
I just checked the logs for a number of RTAs that I have seen issues with in the past. Mine are all clean.
I would get a support ticket open before they all leave for the long weekend.
Oh, I have done the support ticket, just polling the users to see if this happens to anybody else. Thanks for piping in Jeff!
