Configure OAuth - HTTP Poller

Hello all,

I am new to Velocity and to APIs. I am ultimately trying to configure an HTTP Poller to create a feed for a fleet of our organization's vehicles. In Postman, I can get an authentication token to generate. In ArcGIS Velocity, when I try to configure the authentication as OAuth, I am getting a failure message when trying to test the OAuth configuration: 

"Test request failed
Check your token request configuration as well as if your API supports Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS)  and the HTTP OPTIONS method, or alternatively manually configure the response"

Does anyone have any idea as to what I could try to resolve this?

You should open a support ticket -- 

But you could also take the Token you get in Postman and add it to the extended headers to test.
