ERROR: Water area large scale/Lake or river

Hello,

The "World Topographic Map" basemap is not displaying large water features properly.

I'm working on a map of Minneapolis, and several major lakes are not appearing when I start a new map. In the first image below, Lake Harriet, Lake Nokomis, and Bde Mka Saka are not displaying. However, when I zoom out, these lakes appear. This was not happening a few weeks ago.

These lakes are part of the "Water area large scale/Lake or river" layer. When I try to adjust the visibility zoom range, I'm not able to select a level higher than 12. 

Can ESRI fix this error?

@dcupery We have the same issue.  I spoke to the Community basemap team and they are aware of the issue and mentioned that it should be fixed with the new update in the next week....
