Hello,
Maybe, I am wrong, but since the february 2022 update, every project or plan created within Urban has its own database that can be shared with a Urban model. Before the update, the owner/creator of the project or plan had the possibility to copy its work into the urban database instead of sharing it.
From the documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/fr/urban/data/data-model.htm
Note:
In earlier versions ofArcGIS Urban, it was necessary to copy plans or project to the urban database to share them with the public. With the February 2022 release, this process has been replaced with the ability to directly share plans and projects with everyone. Seeshare a planandshare a projectto learn more about managing access to plans and projects. Plans and projects that have been made public in earlier versions remain stored in the urban database and are still shown in the overview to users who have access to the public view. SeeView an urban modelto learn more about managing access to the public view.
Before the update we were using a view on the Urban model database (the UrbanEvents sublayer for projects) to be able to display the projects created in Urban in another AGOL application like a web map and web app builder. Now, we notice that the projects created after the update are not in the Urban model database, and it seems now that only the urban model owner can import them.
My question is there a way to get all the projects or plans that are shared with a urban model in a single database without having to import them seperately into the model which can only be done now by the owner of the model and not the users that own the projects or plans?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
