I am sorry that you are running into this issue.
There can be different causes for this error. Luckily, in most cases, the error is misleading and the database is actually fine. Sometimes it is related to ArcGIS Online having hiccups. In this case, waiting 5 minutes and trying again helps. Clearing the browser's cache is also a good idea.
Do you consistently see this error? Then, there might indeed be something wrong with the Urban model. In this case, I am happy to help!
