Create buildings with pointed roofs using the 'Buildings' tool - ArcGIS Urban projects

The buildings tool in the project design is very handy, it would be even better if it could create more complex structures like pointed roofs.

I agree that it would be very useful to be able to draw sloping roofs/ pitched roofs, not just for projects, but also for buildings in plans. This is something that I hear often comes up as a need in discussions about planning tools in 3D. Roof shape can impact shadow cast analysis significantly and roof shape is an important element in urban plans (at least in Norway). 

I am hoping for at tool that allows you to draw one or more lines across a flat roof that snaps easily to the edges of the roof, and that can then be pulled upwards to create the pitched roof, either manually or with a dialogue where you can write the desired roof slope. May be it's neccessary to first assign top floor status to the top floor volume of the building. That would allow you to keep the roof shape even though you want to change the number of floors later. 

There are of course a lot of different roof shapes, all of which cannot be drawn using a single line. But starting with a line tool would get us a long way.
