Tracker settings in MDM (AirWatch)

Hi,

We are trying to configure our MDM (AirWatch) in order to set the Portal url Parameter in Tracker but no luck so far.

We are testing with iOS 13.3.1 on iPhone.

The same AirWatch config is working with Collector. 

Are there additional settings to consider?

Hello Line, it's going to be a little tough to troubleshoot this without seeing the parameters.

A simpler way to handle this is to either take the conversation to our tracker feedback alias or work through Support.

Let me know which direction you choose.

I am in Canada so I don't think we can go trough support? Not sure..

If I cannot open a case with Support, can you tell me what's the email of your tracker feedback alias?

You can go through Esri-Canada support, although it will take a longer to get to us.

The feedback alias for tracker is tracker4arcgis@esri.com.  You can also access that email alias under Profile > About Tracker.

Can you confirm your configuration looks like?

What version of the app are you deploying?
