ArcGIS Pro 3.6.2 includes fixes for ArcGIS Topographic Mapping.
- In the Thin Hydrology Lines tool, if a feature contains a value of 0 in the field specified for the Hierarchy Field parameter, the feature's visibility is locked by setting the value for the field specified in the Invisibility Field parameter to 0.
This was breaking hydrography networks, especially where incorrect line direction was set in the source, or when centerlines were created in prior models that don't have a line direction set but have a hierarchy value set to zero.
- Topographic north arrow elements inserted into the surround on or after 1/1/2025 were taking on a Declination Date of 1/1/2020, but should be using the first day of the 5-year epoch. For example, if a topographic north arrow element was inserted on 12/10/2025, the declination date should be 1/1/2025.
