XLSForm warning pop-up

When I open the XLSForm for my survey, a warning pops up (below). I circled the "invalid data" and it identifies all of the 'select' fields. I can still publish the survey but when I identify who has permission to submit surveys ("Everyone" or a group of members), it keeps deleting my selection and leaves it blank so that they my colleagues can't submit data. They get a message that says "getting service information". I'm not sure if this warning is causing other problems.

Hi Brian

Can you share the actual XLSX file? It could be a reserved keyword or something that is causing it, but could also be something in your choicelist - hard to tell without the excel file.

Hi Deon,

Here is the excel file. I can't think of any external link it would be warning me about. I thought this survey was pretty straightforward like the other surveys I've built. It's the first time I've had this warning pop up.
