I have a Workforce project that links to a Survey.
The existing record needs to be inspected the integration is the following:

usually, in the search box of Survey 123 the ID of the building, e.g. "XXX" appears, and the building is found in the list of the inbox
Sometimes the search box shows "Building:XXX" the record is not found. If I remove "Building:" the building is found.
It is a random behavior and I am not sure if Survey123 or Workforce need to be addressed.
I do not understand what could be the problem.
Most of the times after a number of re-Publish of Survey the problem disappear, also, not all devices are affected.
