This was mentioned in another post, but marked as solved.  However, my issue is not solved.

Am getting this error on all forms loading via a URL link.

The links are simple like below - and has worked fine for a long time - until yesterday.

I have the survey set to use the latest version of the web app (3.22 is the version it is published with anyway so no change between the two options).

Any thoughts on what could be causing this?

This issue is still happening for me on surveys that were published using 3.22. I have toggled on and off the choices 'Use the version the survey was published with (3.22)' and 'Always use the latest version (3.22) and still getting the same error. @ZhifangWang and @JamesTedrick, is there something else I can do?

have you tried this in the post?
An issue has been identified with the display of the results of calculations in note questions or used in variable interpolation on the web form.  We are working to develop a fix and deploy it as soon as practical.  A possible workaround would be to use the ?version=3.21 URL parameter to revert to a previous version of the Survey123 web form.

Yes, I've tried the ?version=3.21 URL parameter for entering data and it does resolve the issue. But I'm not sure how to force the survey to use 3.21 for editing the data within the web app. Thoughts? Also, since ESRI mentioned it should be resolved, I'd ideally like a solution that doesn't require me to communicate special URLs to field staff if possible!
