If possible could you please raise this issue with Esri Support, providing the image file, survey, all relevant app & platform details and steps to reproduce? This will aid our troubleshooting efforts and will also log the issue officially in the system; cases reported by other users can then be added to it, which helps us prioritise issues accordingly.
