SVG not aligned when selecting paths

I have another post about a similar issue, but what is happening here? they use to line up but as I add additional paths the reference is not holding to the needed polygon...nolineup.png

I have run into similar situations in the past too.  I had luck starting with this https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/convert/png-to-svg  and editing the SVG later using https://inkscape.org/

I ended up starting from scratch, and doing numerous checks along the way to make sure the SVG was still maintaining its integrity. Do not fore see needing to get Adobe as I will rarely make anymore of these....
