I had a request that I am trying to handle. I think I have validated all the possibilities. I am trying with you for one last chance.
We track the hours worked for a group of managers. Each manager is responsible for X number of people. The manager must enter the planned hours every week for each employee.
The version of the S123 form we have is very limited. Every month we clear the planned hours table and start over.
We therefore have a feature (parent) with the data of each manager and the week numbers. In the related table (child) we have the list of employees with their manager and the fields to enter the number of hours worked. It works, but everything needs to be updated at the beginning of each month.
I would like to create something for the year and no longer have to make manual updates.
If my related table includes all employees, with all the weeks of the year, how can I filter the data according to the selected week? Is there a method? Maybe another data schema? Any ideas?
