Hi, we recently just purchased the Field Worker user type. Why can't we sign into the Survey123 app using the username and log in associated with the Field Worker account?
We get this message: You do not have sufficient user level to access this application.
The whole point of the Field Worker account is so that our field techs can use the app for data collection on their phones or tablets. If they can't sign into the app, are they going to have to go through the URL to access the survey each time?
