I am having an issue where the map interface in the Survey123 mobile app freezes upon opening the geotrace question. The map question uses a linked custom basemap that includes several layers of vector base data. Once the map interface freezes, I am not able to exit or otherwise navigate the app, the only solution is to close and re-open the app. The issue is not consistent, and only happens about half of the times I open the map question. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any ideas are appreciated. TIA
