Survey123 feature Layer (hosted) ArcGIS REST Services Directory missing query + missing attributes

Hi all,

(Part 1) With a published survey123, I seem to remember running query's from the ArcGIS REST Services Directory but for this particular survey I can not see the query option available. 

(Part 2) Using a create view layer I have created a view layer that will run query's however, will return geometry data but none of the other attributes

 

This is a new one one me, Is there anyone able to help as I would like to reference the layer to pull out all the data. Many thanks, Chris.
