I have been having a couple issues with uploads of completed Surveys for one of my forms.
1. The forms freeze on upload, however they do end up uploading if done one at a time, but they remain in the outbox. If I try to resend I get an error stating that the record already exists (error message: "Can not insert duplicate key row in object...".
2. No photo attachments are uploading with the form.
I am guessing the upload issue is related to the attachment, but I am at a loss as to why. Any thought on why this is happening or solutions would be appreciated.
