Survey has no records for shared users

The survey I’ve created has 37 records viewable under my account. The survey has been shared with another user within my organization. All settings are set to share results. Other surveys I have created have the same settings assigned and show up fine for the other user.

Does anyone know why this one could be different or have any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem recently?

How is the user viewing the survey data?  Is it through a web map, the feature layer's item page, the Survey123 web interface?

The feature layer's item page is basically the "rawest" view you can get (besides the REST API), if they look at the data there can they see it?  If not it's likely the feature layer setting, "What features can editors see?".

They’re trying to view from the Survey123 web interface

I'd check the editing settings, just to confirm. You can share something publicly, but editing tracking can be configured to only expose records that a given user creates, or even to hide all records entirely.
