Sumission URL error

Getting this error when I populate submission url field. I will remove the value from the field and save, but still get the error. I have to rename the existing xlsx file and load the original with no submission url field values.

You are getting the error because you set the submission_url to a non-secured feature service from ArcGIS for Server.

At this moment, this will not work (known issue).  For the submission_url to work you need to federate your ArcGIS for Server with Portal for ArcGIS and keep it secure (for example by sharing with the same group as the Form). If using ArcGIS Online, since federation of Online with Server is not technically possible, the submission URL will only work if working against a feature service in ArcGIS Online.

We are working towards a resolution to this problem.

Thanks for the help, it is a feature layer in ArcGIS Online, but once it and the survey was shared with the same group the error went away.
