Scanning Code39 barcodes

On Friday I tried to scan a Code39 barcode with Survey123 and didnt have any success even though I had the Code39 option checked. I used another Barcode Scanning app and was able to scan successfully. Does anyone know if Survey123 has limitations in terms of scanning 1D barcodes? Perhaps the barcode has to be of a minimum size?

Hi Deon,

Can you provide a photo of the barcode to me (e-mail's fine)?  How big is it?  Survey123 should be able to scan Code39 barcodes; I retested the functionality and it worked fine.
