One person on my team has been experiencing a couple different issues when generating reports. Every time she tells me about it, I try to generate the same report, and it turns out just fine.
Issue #1: Values in the header do not populate.
Issue #2: Information from all previous surveys tied to the same parent feature shows up in the report. (Each survey is related to a point feature). This only started happening recently.
My understanding is that after some time passes (hours or days), the report generates normally. Only this one person (out of four people) is experiencing these issues. What might be causing this, and how might I stop it from happening?
