Hi everyone, I am trying to design a form where an observer will be able to enter multiple data points during an observation (i.e., seeing multiple species of birds during a timed point count) BUT all of that data needs to populate a single data tab once submitted. I've been using the repeat function but it produces multiple tabs. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
