Hello,
I manage a survey for my office and everything works fine for me but when my coworker tries to export results they receive an error. The error says "Failed to export" and the details just say "error". I made sure that the settings are turned on to enable others to view and export the data. I tried this with a few different account logins and they all seemed to have the same issue.
Any ideas as to why this is or potential solutions? This has been an issue for awhile, I just usually export the data as people have the need.

Does the user account have Publisher rights? You need them to export as it makes a AGOL item.
I believe they do, but how to I check to make sure they do?
In AGOL Organization then Members.
Make sure export is turned on in the service settings page also.
They are listed as a Facilitator, so they should have publisher rights
