Publishing to Portal - Table not found Code 500

Hi there,

I designed a form by XlsForm for an inspection activities in my organization and I tried to publish it through the Portal for ArcGIS account but I got an error code 500 (table not found). My survey contains a 5 repeat questions and I tried to publish it with and without repeat questions and it seems when I publish the with repeat Q the error appeared and when I published it without repeat Q the Survey published successfully!

Please if anyone has a solution for my issue post it in the comments.

Hi Hossam,

I see a few of your questions have periods (.) in the name column - these are not allowed and can cause issues in publishing a table.  Can you remove those and republish?
