Problems editing a record on the web (v. 3.22.49)

Hello everyone.
I created a simple form for editing attachments via the web app, and for some reason the editing mode doesn't work. The pencil icon doesn't appear, nor do the question labels or attachment names:
To test, I replicated a form that is currently working and the error remained, and the only difference between them is the version of connect (currently, I have 3.22.49, and the functional form is on 3.21). I also tried using the copy mode and it didn't work.
My xlsform is quite simple, only for editing the attachments of a family registration form (it's attached).
Is this a bug in the new version of Survey123? Thanks everyone
