Problems by visualizing my individual reports of survey 123

Hi,

At this moment I have a really tricky problem with the individual data of one of my surveys. As it is supposed, when I have already records in my surveys I can see them in the "Data" tab of my survey, and I can produce some pretty individual reports in Word. But this time, it does not want to work. Furthermore, when I want to produce some individual reports in Word, I only become 0 in each result.

But in this survey, it does not work!

Neither the report in Word.

What can I do?

Hi Liliana,

Can you share the xls form of the survey and the docx template you are using?  If need be, please e-mail them to jtedrick AT esri.com.

I do not know why but I have already solved the problem. I just made a copy of the survey, deleted the first one, and the copy works perfectly. Thanks
