Problem using Features from Survey123 in Collector

I have made a simple form in Survey123 and it works good. When I add the resulting feature-layer in a Webmap it looks good. But when I use that Feature Layer in Collector (iOS 10 and Collector 10.4.0) I run into real problem. Sometimes the webmap doesn´t show up in Collector, sometimes it crashes when I try to open the webmap.

I tried to create a form in the Webapplication (Survey123) and the resulting feature-layer  is possible to use online in Collector. It isn´t possible to use the result in an offline map - I couldn´t change the settings of the Feature Layer in AGOL.

Is there any known issues when using features from Survey123 in Collector?

Take a look at the following webmap and feature and try to use them in collector:

I was able to publish this survey, edit features from both Collector and Survey123 and see all the new captured data in the map viewer. Here are the steps I followed:

  1. Imported your XLSFile into Survey123 Connect  and published the survey
  2. Enabled sync on the Feature Service manually in MyContents in ArcGIS.com (settings page of the Feature Layer)
  3. Added the feature layer into a Web Map. Saved Web Map
  4. Downloaded a small area into Collector, captured data with it and submitted
  5. Downloaded survey into Survey123, captured data with it and submitted
  6. Refreshed the Web Map in ArcGIS.com map viewer and saw both points added

Tested on an iOS and Windows 10 device.

If you do not see the Web Map in Collector, I would suggest you log out and log in back into Collector to refresh the list of Webb Maps. If you still get crashes in Collector I suggest you open an Esri Technical Support incident so this can be looked at in more detail.

Hi. It may be easier if you share your XLSForms.

The services above are private.

Here is the Survey.

In AGOL the map and feature were public -strange that you couldn´t access them.

Hi Sveaskog, your organisation doesn't have anonymous access enabled - we can access them if we go through http://arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=58e61ab3704d4399a60335b0be936bdc instead.

I've had issues using Survey123 feature classes in Collector when repreats/groups are involved but I haven't investigated it enough to tie down the issue.

Thanks!

That exactly what I did and wanted to do. I will try again tomorrow and click in exactly the same order as you did. If I will run into the same problem I will reinstall Survey 123 before I contact the technical support.

It worked after I uninstalled all Survey123 (Beta and 1.6.3) and installed the latest release.

I should have done that before contacting you.

I also recognize a problem in AGOL that I need to activate editing in a layer if I want to use it in Collector. If the problem persist I will contact the support.
