Pre-populate survey with pulldata function

Hi All,

I am trying to pre-populate a survey form using a csv file  after a select one question. I would like to return a value from the csv file but it is not working for me.

I will appreciate it very much if you can help me. Attach are some images (image 1 is the csv file, image2 is the xls, and image 3 is what come out in survey123).

Hi Dionisio,

In looking at your CSV file, it looks like the data you have occurs in the 'Source' column of the csv, not the ContractorID column.

There might be some issues if you try to pulldata in other columns (and possibly, some of the rows)- there are commas in at least one of your fields in the CSV; this can cause Survey123 to misread the data during lookup.

thanks for the response. I have changed the pull data function to reference the Source column of the csv but it still does not work.

I am attaching the csv and the xls form so you can have a look at it. If I can do this then I can apply this to other forms.
