Hi Everyone,

Recently, I had an issue that I believe I should mention here for your consideration. I published a form using Survey123 Connect, and then I created a dashboard to visualize the indicators and a Web Map application for conducting analysis. I decided to create a new folder in my content and added all of these features and applications to this folder. Additionally, I added dashboards and WebMaps that were not related to the form that I created.

Once I decided to delete the form from Survey123, I thought that this form would also be deleted from my content. However, later I discovered that all the items included in the folder and that are not related to the feature layer were also deleted, Has anyone faced this issue before?

Thanks.

Never move anything that 123 creates.  It is not fun to fix it.  There are some posts here on how to fix it.  Yes if you delete from Connect it removes everything.  good luck

Sorry was busy yesterday.  Here is an Esri post that it is not recommended.  It can be done but its really just not worth it so leave it alone.
