Issues with Collaboration

Hello, 

I am using Survey 123 web and have difficulty with adding collaborators. In particular, people whom I shared with are unable to see and edit the survey. What can be an issue and in general is it possible to add collaborators and edit with them before publishing?

Are the folks you are trying to share editing permissions with in a shared update group? Please see this documentation for more information on sharing survey ownership. 

You can add collaborators and edit the survey design before publishing the survey.
