I've set an inbox base on a where clause "open/close" to filter the data. I updated a survey on the field and sent it. Back to the office I looked to the feature service on AGO and I can see the modification but when I go back to the inbox, there is no modifications even if I refresh the survey. So what I'm I doing wrong...
One possibility is that the sent survey is still in your Sent box. This would only be possible if you enabled the Sent box but could be the cause.
